Born in RI and recently transplanted to Miami Beach, I am a design strategist, mom, yogi,
enthusiastic composter and educated citizen, spreading the gospel of sustainable practices
to anyone who will listen.
My professional experience ranges from Broadway, where I spent 10 years as an actor and
then casting director, to my current role as a web designer and content strategist.
Additionally, I am finishing my Masters degree from Parsons School of Design, where I am
honing the skills of human centered design to uncover solutions to complex problems ranging
from how to design a healthcare system that cares for our growing elderly population, to how
to rebrand panettone in the US. This year, I am focusing my design research process on
sustainability, a topic I am very passionate about. I’ve spent months conducting research,
observations, ethnographic studies and expert interviews in an effort to create a new
paradigm in sustainability thinking. My goal is to partner with like-minded innovators to design
human-centered solutions that make sustainability more personal, transparent and scalable
for individuals, communities, governments and industry.
