corporation of the State of Florida, Party of the Second Part,
WIT N E SSE T H :
That, :lHRll';;AS, the parties hereto have heretofore entered
into an agreement under date of November 9, 1949, filed for record
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dade County, Florida,
on the 3rd day of February, A. D. 1950, under Clerk's File No. Z-11909,
and recorded in Deed Book 3236, page 369, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, ....!hich said agreement contained, among other things,
a provision requiring the completion of the filling and bulkheading
contemplated by said agreement not later than June 1, 1950, and provid-
ing that said agreement shall be at an end after JUne 1, 1950, and
\lHERJ:;;AS, the Parties to said agreement mutually desire to
extend said time limit to Septem'oer 1, 1950,
NO'I, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED between the parties that said
a[':reement be and is hereby modified and amended by inserting
"September 1, 1950" therein in the place of "June 1, 195011 1;!herever
said "June 1, 1950" appeCirs in said agreement.
IT IS AGREi~D bet,veen the parties that nothing herein con-
tained shall in an~"ise impair, alter or diminish the effect of the
covenants, terms and conditions of the original agreement hereinbefore
referred to, except in so far as said agreement is specifically amended
and modified hereby.
IN 'IITNESS VlHEREOF, the party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and seal, and the party of the second part has caused
these presents to be signed in its corporate name, by its duly
authorized officers, and the corporate seal to be affixed, the day
and year above written.
