By way of background, Mr. Berger is an attorney, real estate and corporate investor, real estate developer and merchant and investment banker. He was a senior partner in the statewide Florida law firm of Broad and Cassel, resident in the Miami office and a member of its management committee and head of its real estate group in Miami.
