City Commission adopted six Resolutions for the purpose of submitting to the electorate of the City of Miami
Beach ballot questions on Tuesday, March 9, 2004, regarding Charter Review and Related Special Acts, as
follows:

RSA, Art. II "Public Library," and Art. III "Municipal Projects"
The above mentioned certified resolutions are attached with the ballot language for placement on the March 9
ballot. Please confirm receipt of this transmittal letter and all the attachments via email at the above electronic
address. Pursuant to our previous conversation, the City Commission may adopt more resolutions at the
January 14, 2004 Commission Meeting, and if action is taken, those resolutions will be transmitted to your office
for placement on the March 9 ballot.
