• Commissioning all the electrical and HVAC equipment, completing punch list, owner
changes, roofing, fall arrest systems, finishes, RFI’s, submittals, façade work (framing,
Densglass, Stucco), Interior build outs, coordination with DTPW for Metro-Mover and
Metro-Rail closures, etc.
o Creating production / output analysis for the Department of Transportation and
Public Works to justify full weekend closures of the Metro Mover system.
Analysis consisted of output per crew and square footage of work that could be
installed in a given time frame with specific conditions, while working above the
Metro Mover. This analysis was presented to DTPW in order to grant approval for
full weekend closures of the rail systems, by justifying the accelerated work
timeline versus the impact to the public.
• The main lobby of the terminal at 6th St was occupied, and we are still completing punch
list and working to complete list items in the occupied space. This includes Terrazzo
Floor repairs and installation, Back Painted Glass repairs and installation, Skylight
Remedial work, Platform Level Expansion joint repair work.
• Supervising the remaining work to complete lists & Punch Lists at Over Build 1 (2 Miami
Central) - this work includes the car elevators, installing travel cables, rails, EMR build
out, pit lighting, dynamic load testing, building and installing the cabs, programming and
commissioning of CO / NO sensors inside the enclosed Parking Levels, Installation of the
Vehicle Barrier System at the Parking Level perimeters, Resequencing of the Smoke
Evac System, Installation and programming of the heat and smoke detectors, Rebuild
and completion of the parapet and roofing membrane, Fire Department testing, Welding
Slag Removal and Window Replacement of Window / Curtain Wall System, TCO and CO
/ close out process. Managing 12-15 contractors daily.
