I understand that no later than July 1, of each year all members of Boards and Committees of the City of Miami
Beach, including those of a purely advisory nature, are required to comply with Miami-Dade County Financial
Disclosure Requirements.
One of the following forms must be filled with the City Clerk of Miami Beach, 1700 Convention Center Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida, no later than 12:00 noon of July 1, of each year:
1. A "Source of Income Statement;" or
2. A "Statement of Financial Interests (Form 1)¹ ;" or
3. A Copy of your latest Federal Income Tax Return.
Failure to file one of these forms, pursuant to the Miami-Dade County Code, may subject the person to a fine of no
more than $500, 60 days in jail, or both.

Randi Freedman launched her career providing creative and organizational skills as a field
technician and organizer for national political candidates. She left the campaign world for special
events and founded Logistics Management Group in 1987 and has since creatively designed and
produced a wide variety of local, national and international events including: Six South Florida
Super Bowl Host Committee & NFL events, CBS All American Thanksgiving Day Parade live
from Miami Beach, Pavarotti on the Beach, Summit of the America’s Media Event on Miami
Beach, HBO’s Miami Weekend with Gloria Estefan, Ocean Drive Magazine’s Anniversary and
three U.S. Mayor’s Conference celebrations along with numerous other productions. Randi has
served as the Site Producer for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting & North
Venues since its inception 22 years ago.
She pioneered the creative marketing plan for Haley’s Comet Chase which partnered British
Airways and Air France Concords in spectacular chartered flights to view Haley’s Comet.
Many of Greater Miami and the Beaches major productions were staged under Randi’s direction.
Her technical knowledge extends into all phases of logistics &operations including site planning,
concert staging & production, talent contracts and riders, sound, lighting and special effects.
Randi coordinated important national and international events for the Greater Miami Convention
and Visitors Bureau, Miami’s Centennial Celebration and has four times produced the U.S.
tourism industry’s POW WOW events in New Orleans and Miami.
Under Randi’s direction, LMG produced an array of events including the, the BCS
Championship Fanfest, NASCAR’s Championship Drive, Volvo Ocean Race Miami, Grand
Opening of the New World Symphony Frank Gehry Building, Miami Dade Launch of Metro
Line MIA-Downtown, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the South Beach Wine &
Food Festival, Bubble Q & Burger Bash
A graduate of The University of Florida, she was inducted into Who’s Who-Outstanding Young
Women of America and named one of America’s Leading Female Executives. She has served on
the Board of Governors of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. She was appointed as the
first chairwoman of the Chamber’s Women’s Business Council.
