Beach, including those of a purely advisory nature, are required to comply with Miami-Dade County Financial

One of the following forms must be filled with the City Clerk of Miami Beach, 1700 Convention Center Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida, no later than 12:00 noon of July 1, of each year:

Background
CEO and principal of Saglo Companies, LLC (formerly Saglo Development Corporation) and several
privately held Real Estate companies. Current properties owned include 25 shopping centers containing
in excess of 2,300,000 rentable Square Feet ($420 Million Gross Asset Value). Responsible for all aspects
of the companies’ growth strategy; including, investor relations, acquisitions, dispositions, debt and
equity financing, redevelopment and repositioning of the shopping center portfolio.

retail and commercial properties) growing the real estate portfolio from approximately 300,000
