US Citizen, resident of Miami Beach since 2007.
Owner of several Business, including Ser Clean Miami, a Hospitality Laundry servicing
high end hotel, a coffee and liquor store, a Pilates Studio, several investment
properties, and others business in Argentina. Always looking for ways to make thing
better and help the ones in need. I was fortunate to have amazing people next to me,
and learn the best from them.
Here are a few words about me from my mentor and best friend, George Neary:
As soon as Facundo arrived in Miami Beach he looked for ways to support his
community.
He became a generous donor to Pridelines, Miami’s premiere LGBTQ student welcome
center & outreach program.
He joined the Greater Miami Gay & Lesbian Chamber, became a partner with the
Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, and a member of the Miami Beach
Chamber.
He became actively involved in the newly produced Miami Beach Gay Pride parade
sponsoring floats, driving the Gay Pride founder’s convertible, sponsoring parties and
donating rooms for visiting dignitaries.
He has played an important role in The International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association
and attended its annual meetings all over the world.
Additionally, he helped to launch the Miami Beach LGBTQI+ visitors center which is the
only one of its kind in the US.
Personal Goals:
After so many years successfully involved in several business, I decided to simplify my
life and have more time to give back to the community and help others. At the end of
2021, I decided to retire of the Hotel Management Industry and focus on myself, to be
able to help other and pay forward for all the help that I had since my arrival to
Miami.

Hospitality laundry services for high end hotels in Miami and Miami Beach. Acting as
strategic partner to develop the customer base, research, financing and marketing.
My goal for 2024 is to implement Sustainability concepts among our plant, and also
with the hotels that we are servicing. Already got a Sustainability Certificate from
OSOMTEX, who recycles fabrics and has a contract with Miami Dade for recycling items
that were previously disposed.

With more than 20 years of experience in managing over 500 units in multiple
destinations, such as Miami Beach, Hollywood Beach, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. I
invented the Airbnb concept before Airbnb existed.
On February 2011, started operations at the emblematic Castle Beach Club under the
name of Design Suites Miami. The growth experienced in this new venture was
unique. After only four years of operations, the number of units managed by the
company in Miami Beach was over 165.
In December of 2017, we took over the management of the Alexander Hotel, managing
over 85 units with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
At the end of 2021 I decided to sell the company and focus on the Laundry and
philanthropic projects.
Friendly Apartments Buenos Aires March ´02 – July ´07
LGBTQI+ Vacation Rentals in Argentina - Owner
I developed the first chain of apartments with hotel services in Buenos Aires, oriented
to LGBTQI+ tourist visiting the country. This was at a moment that Argentina a
greater demand of hotels, and not enough offer. Also the LGBTQI+ tourism was
starting to demand a “different” service than the standard hotels offered.
