I have lived in the City of Miami Beach since 1993. I feel fortunate to live here and would like to give back to the
city. As an attorney, I would like to work on the Board of Adjustment to contribute my skills. The Board makes
many important decisions affecting property rights of both applicants and residents. It is important to make sure
all facts, regulations and laws be fully considered in making determinations. It would be an honor to to work on
the Board of Adjsutment.

I understand that no later than July 1, of each year all members of Boards and Committees of the City of Miami
Beach, including those of a purely advisory nature, are required to comply with Miami-Dade County Financial
Disclosure Requirements.
One of the following forms must be filled with the City Clerk of Miami Beach, 1700 Convention Center Drive,
Miami Beach, Florida, no later than 12:00 noon of July 1, of each year:

Steve Davis is an Equity Partner in the Miami law firm of Haber Law. Mr. Davis is an AV-rated
commercial litigator with nearly 40 years of litigation experience.
Steve has litigated antitrust, real estate, contractual, and business disputes in both federal and
state courts. Steve brings a high level of professionalism, judgment, and experience to the matters
he handles and is prepared to take cases through verdict and appeal. Over his career, Steve has
tried more than 25 jury trials and 50 non-jury trials. Additionally, Steve has presented oral argument
in appeals before the Supreme Court of Florida, Florida’s Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal,
and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
A prominent bar leader in Miami and the State of Florida, Steve was President of the Dade County
Bar Association from 2010 to 2011. From 2013 until 2021 Steve served as one of the 11th Circuit’s
