Growing up in Key West, my father was a Contractor and we have renovated many historic structures, including
the "Sea Foam" hotel. My BS degree is in "Construction Management" I live in Spring Garden in downtown Miami
in a two story wood home built in 1926, 804 nw 7th st.rd. I also renovated/build several other homes in the
Historic district Spring Gardin, City of Miami.
For three decades i have worked on Miami Beach and have completed many restoration projects including the
Brown's Hotel (currently Prime 112) several buildings on Lincoln Rd, and many others, I will attach a list of
