over 450 indicating important growth and more
still to come. 25 million active players in 110
countries played by people of all ages, gender
and skill level

•Activation on Lincoln Road that will stimulate significant economic activity diversifying away from traditional restaurants and retail that dominate the street

•Municipal Garage, one block away with 1490 spaces “G5” that has occupancy of ≈ 50%; one and a half blocks away from a 562 space municipal garage with ≈ 25% occupancy
•Office owner of 1691 Michigan (on City Owned Land, 50ft away from proposed site) is in full support of the project and has agreed to enter discussion to relieve any lost parking. His facility has over 700 parking spaces with under 40% utilization.
