THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH CITY COMMISSION will hold public hearings on the following
ordinances on WEDNESDAY, July 28, 2004 at 5:15 RM. in the City Commission Chambers, Third
Floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Rodda 33139, or as soon thereafter

AMENDING CHAP~R 142, "ZONING DISTRICTS AND REGULATIONS," ARTICLE II,
"DISIRIOT REGULATIONS," DIVISION 12, "MR-MARJNE RECREATION DISTRICT,"
CLARIFYING PURPOSE, PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL MAIN PERMIT~ ~_~ AND
PROHIBITING CERTAIN USES, AND EXCLUDING FROM FLOOR AREA REQUIRED
PARKING FOR ADJACENT PROPENT1ES; AND DIVISION 18, "PS PERFORMANCE
STANDARD DISTRICT," MODIFYING HE]GUT, ~ OF STORIES, SETBACKS,

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Fla. Stat., the City hereby advises the pubtic that: if a person decides to
appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at its
meeting or ts hearing, such person must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This notice
does not constitute consent by the City for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or
irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law
