WITNESSETH: That the said part ies of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of

ledged,

granted, bargained and soUl to the said party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in the County of Dade
and State of Florida, to-wit: Lots 3, 4 and 5, in Block 7, of
ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY'S AMENDED PLAT OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 26
of the public records of Dade County, Florida. ALSO that portion ,h"
of a strip of land 30 feet wide, known as the "BRIDLE PATH", lying,rr'
east of said Lots 3, 4 and 5 as above, particularly described as
follows: Begin at the northeast corner of said Lot 5, as above,
thence South along the East line of said Lots 3, 4 and 5, which is
the westerly line of the said "Bridle Path", a distance of 150 feet
to a point, said point being at the intersection of the last
mentioned line with the southerly line of said Lot 3; thence
easterly along the southerly line of said lot produced a distance
of 30 feet to a point, said point being at the intersection of the
Southerly line of said lot, produced with the Easterly line of
said "Bridle Path"; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of
the "Bridle Path" a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence
Westerly a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions and limitations of record;
applicable zoning ordinances, and taxes for the year 1967.
