PLAT OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 26 of the public records of Dade
Coun~y, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH:
That por~ion of a strip of land thirty (30) feet wide, known as the
"Bridle Path", lying east of Lot 7 of Block 7 of GOLF COURSE SUB-
DIVISION of THE ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY, as the same is shown,
marked and designated on an amended plat of said subdivision
recorded in Plat Book No. 6 at page 26 in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida, and more
particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGIN at the Northeast
(N.E.) corner of Lot,? of Block 7 as above~ thence south along the
easterly' line of the aforesaid lot, which is the westerly line of
the "Bridle Path", a distance of seventy (70) feet to a point, said
point being at the intersection of the last described line with
the southerly line of the aforesaid lot~ thence easterly along the
southerly line of the aforesaid lot produced a distance of thirty
(30) feet to a point, said point being at the intersection of the
southerly line produced with the easterly line of the "Bridle Path"~
thence northerly along the easterly line of the "Bridle Path" a
distance of seventy (70) feet to a point~ thence westerly a distanc
of thirty (30) feet to the point of beginning.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to conditions, restrictions and
limitations of record~ applicable zoning ordinances and taxes
for the year 1967.
