D. 1967, BETWEEN Elizabeth Markoth, a single woman; of the County of Dade and State of Florida, Party of the First Part, and City of Miami Beach, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal place of business in the County of Dade and State of Florida, Party of the Second Part; WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) & other good & valuable considerations ---------------Dollars, to her in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargain- ed, sold, aliened, remis ed, released, enfeoffed, conveyed and confirmed and by thes e presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and con- firm unto the said Party of the Second Part and its successors and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Dade and State of Florida, more particularly described as follows: BEGIN at the northeast corner of the Lot described as the South 66.9 feet of Lot 1 of Block 7 -A as above; thence south along the easterly line of the aforesaid lot, which is the westerly line of the "BRIDLE PATH", a distance of 66.9 feet to a point, said point being at the intersection of the last described line with the ~'outherly line of the aforesaid lot; thence easterly along the southerly '"-. line of the aforesaid lot produced, a distance of 30 feet to a point, iJt.lbeing at the intersection of the southerly line produced with the easterly line of the "BRIDLE PA TH"; thence northerly along the easterly line of the "BRIDLE PATH", a distance of 66.9 feet to a point; thence westerly a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning. The South 66.9 feet, less the westerly three feet thereof, of Lot 1, in Block 7 -A, of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 26 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together with the improvement thereon located, more commonly known and described as 1903 Meridian Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida; TOGETHER with that portion of a strip of land 30 feet wide, known as the "BRIDLE PATH", lying east of the South 66, 9 feet of Lot 1 of Block 7 -A of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION OF THE ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY, as the same is shown, marked and designated on an amended plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 26 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida, more particularly des cribed as follows, to-wit: 'DOCUMENTARY '1~."'~.>'~.lHI v:~ '~ I 1:( i . ......~! r.. . AND the said Party of the First Part does covenant with the said Party of the Second Part that she is lawfully seized of the said premises, that they are free of all incumbrance, and that she has good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and that the said Party of the First Part doth hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
