Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ?J reI day
of A.D. 1957, by and between GLOBORO CORP., a
F'lorida
~eRBs~~~aR~a corporation, party of the first part, hereinafter
referred to as the Seller, and CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a municipal
corporation of Florida, party of the second part, hereinafter
referred to as the City.
WIT N E SSE T H
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) heretofore paid to the Seller by the City, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of the
covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree as
follows:
1. The Seller will sell and convey and the Purchaser
will purchase that certain parcel of land situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows,
to wit:
The North twenty-six (26) feet of Lot Nine (9),
all of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11), and Lot
Twelve (12) less the North five (5) feet,
Block Two (2), FRIEDMAN & COPE SUBDIVISION OF
EDMUND WILSON TRACT, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 83 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
2. The Seller will, within thirty (30) ,days from
the date hereof, furnish to the City, an abstract of title
showing Seller's title to be good and marketable.
3. The Seller will thereafter convey said land to
the Purchaser by good and sufficient warranty deed, free and
clear of all encumbrances, except restrictions and limitations
of record, common to the neighborhood; zoning ordinances of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida; municipal improvement liens which
may be pending, but not certified; an existing lease expiring
on or about October 1, 1959, wherein one Israel Reiman is lessee,
taxes for the year 1957, which shall be prorated as of the date
of the closing of the transaction contemplated hereby. Rents, if
any, to be likewise prorated as of the date of the closing of the
transaction contemplated hereby.

4. The City agrees to pay to the Seller the full
purchase price of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00)
cash at the time of closing the transaction contemplated hereby,
which shall be on November 1, 1957.
5. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties
hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the corporate Seller
have caused this agreement to be signed in their names by their
respective duly authorized officers, and their corporate seals
to be affixed, all as of the day and year above written.
