RESOLUTION NO. 79-16054
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A QUITCLAIM DEED TO ESTIMA INVESTMENTS,
N.V. and JOSE VALLS OF A CERTAIN PORTION
OF COLLINS AVENUE AS ORIGINALLY DEDICATED
ADJACENT TO THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 17,
BLOCK 1 OF THE AMENDED PLAT OF SECOND OCEAN
FRONT SUBDIVISION.
- WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth
in Commission Memorandum No. 7779 the City Commission of the
City'.of Miami Beach deems it in the best interest of said City
to execute the Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the City
execute said deed and the City Attorney has approved same as to
form and legal sufficiency;
NOW, THEREFORe, BE ~..-~
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLO~i~--~, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Deed
in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" deeding a certain
portion of the original Collins Avenue immediately adjacent to
the west boundary of Lot 17, Block 1 of the Amended Plat of
Second Ocean Front Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page
28 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, to Estima
Investments, N.V. and Jose Valls for and on behalf of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 1979.
