THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this
23rd
day of
April, A. D., 1980, by CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a Florida
Municipal Corporation, first party to CRYSTAL HOUSE, INC., f/k/a
5055 COLLINS, a CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Florida corporation, not
for profit, second party:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shall include and plural heirs,
legal representatives, and assigns of individuals
and the successors and assigns of corporation,
wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS in hand paid by the said second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand, which the said first party
has in and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of Dade, State of Florida,
to-wit:
A parcel of land described as follows:
Commence at a point of beginning being the S. W. corner
of Lo't 10 of the .ZUnended Plat of FIRST OCEAN FRONT
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 9 at Page 78, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; thence run Northerly along the
West line of said Lots 10, 11 and the South one-half of
Lot 12 of the aforesaid Subdivision to a point being the
N. W. corner of the South one-half of Lot 12 of the
aforesaid Subdivision; thence run Westerly on an extension
of an imaginary lot line being the North lot line of the
South one-half of Lot 12 extended to its intersection with
the present Easterly right-of-way line of Collins Avenue as shown
on the State Road Department Right-of-Way Map. Sec. 87060-
2502; thence run Southerly along the said present Easterly
right-of-way line of Collins Avenue to a point intersecting
with an extension of the South lot line of Lot 10 under said
Subdivision extended to its point of intersection with the
present Easterly right-of-way line of Collins Avenue as prev-
iously described; thence run Easterly along said extension of
the South lot line of said Lot 10 to the Point of Beginning;
all of said land lying immediately to the West of Lots 10,
11 and the South one-half of Lot 12 of the Amended Plat of
FIRST OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 78, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO:
Any and all existing easements in favor of Grantor and/or
any public utility reserving unto the Grantor the right
to establish any further easements of a non-exclusive
nature as may be required from time to time for public purpose.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same together wtih all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
