Parcel described contains 2,427.749 square feet more or less or 0.05557 acres, more or less. (descr ibed as Parcel 1 on the attached survey incorporated herein) . RESERVING unto the Grantor herein, its successors or as- signs, an underground easement or easements for any and all existing public utili ties, such as water, sewer and telephone. It being understood that in the exercise of its right to use said easements, Grantor shall not be liable for restoration of the land to the land- scaped state it was in prior to the exercise of such right. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, together with all and sin- gular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain- ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behalf of the said party of the second part forever. THIS CONVEYANCE is being made pursuant to that certain resolution by the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, dated October 15, 1981, which resolution is at- tached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
