ACTION: Public hearing held. Ordinance approved on first reading. Motion made by Commissioner Liebman; seconded by Commissioner Smith; ballot vote: 7-0. Second reading and public hearing scheduled for November 17th at 5:32 p.m. Mr. Peebles made a public allegation against Mayor Kasdin. After further discussion a motion was made by Commissioner Gottlieb to send the entire conversation to the State Attorney's office and let them investigation; seconded by Commissioner Dermer; voice vote: 7-0.
