THIS AGREENEj\TT, Hade and entered into this ;.;. - day of
January, A. D. 1951, by and between JACK LOBELL and SADIE OSTER
LOBELL, his wife, Parties of the First Part, hereinafter referred
to as the "Sellers" and CITY OF HIA1U BEACH, a municipal corporation
of Florida, Party of the Second Part, hereinafter referred to as the
"Purchaser"

WIT N E SSE T H
For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar
heretofore paid to the Sellers by the Purchaser, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of the covenants hereinafter
set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The Sellers will sell and convey and the Purchaser will
purchase that certain parcel of land situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
The South One-half of Lot Four (4) and
all of Lot Three (3) in Block Thirty-six
(36) of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, at page 26 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
2. The Sellers will convBY the said land to the Purchaser
by good and sufficient warranty deed, free and clear of all encumbrances
except restrictions and limitations of record corr~on to the neighbor-
hood; zoning ordinances of the City of Miami Beach, Florida; pending
City of Miami Beach liens; taxes for the year 1951 which are to be
pro-rated as of the date of closing the transaction contemplated by
this agreement.
3. The Purchaser agrees to pay to the Sellers as the full
purchase price for said land the sum of Thirty-five Thousand Seven
Hundred and no/lOO ($35,700.00) Dollars cash at the time of closing
the transaction contemplated hereby.
4. The transaction contemplated hereby shall be closed
'within Forty-five (45) days from the date of this agreement. Possession
and occupancy shall remain in the Sellers until June 15th, 1951.

5. The Sellers shall retain title to, and the right to
remove the following:
6 chandeliers
Red carpet in hall and on steps
2 stoves
I freezer
1 Bendix
2 boilers
All cornices
All venetian blinds
All awnings
6. This agreement shall be binding upon both parties, the
Sellers and the Purchaser, their heirs successors and assigns.

hands and seals, and the Purchaser has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its duly authorized officers, its corporate
seal to be affixed, attested by the City Clerk of Miami Beach, Florida,
as of the day and year first above written.
