AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AMENDING CHAPTER 142. II LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS," OF THE CITY CODE, BY AMENDING DIVISION 11, "1-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL' DISTRICT," BY REQUIRING CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES 50,000 SQUARE FEET AND OVER AND THAT THE FIRST STEP IN THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS SHALL BE THE CONDITIONAL USE REVIEW BY THE PLANNING BOARD.
