GRANT OF EASEMEN'rS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, a Florida Municipal Corporation, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and
valuable considerations, does hereby grant.and convey unto the
GREATER MIAMI HEBREW ACADEMY, a Florxa non-profit corporation,
its successors and assigns:
An easement and right of way for ingress
and egress in, over and upon the following
parcels of land:
PARCEL #1
(South Easement)
From a pOint on the Easterly line of Pine
Tree Drive at the intersection with the
Northerly line of West 25th Street as shown
on the Plat of Flamingo Terrace Extension
recorded in Plat Book 38 at Page 61 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, run
Southerly along the Easterly line of Pine
Tree Drive 736.57 feet to a point; thence
run Westerly at right angles to the said
Easterly lihe of Pine Tree Drive 150.0 feet
to a point; thence run North along a line
deflecting 900 to the right, along a line
parallel to and 150 feet Westerly of the
Easterly line of Pine Tree Drive, a distance
of 14.0 feet to the Point of Beginning of
the parcel of land herein described.
From said Point of Beginning continue North,
along the last mentioned course produced
Northerly, a distance of 36.0 feet to a
point; thence run Southereasterly along the
. arc of a circular curve deflecting to the
left, having for its elements a central angle
of 900, a radius of 6.0 feet, a distance of
9.42 feet to the Point of Tangency (P.T.) of
said circular curve; thence run East tangent
to the last mentioned curve a distance of

a circular curve; thence run Northeasterly along

run Northwesterly along the arc of a circular
curve deflecting to the left, having for its

to the Point of Tangency (P.T.) of said curve;
thence run West tangent to the last mentioned

thence run Westerly at right angles to the

parallel to and 150 feet distant Westerly of
