FOR: I K~VE ExAMINED the Abstract of Title covering the above captioned property, which Abstract contains the following entries: Entries 1 to 85 inclusive, prepared by Miami Title and Abstract Co., bearing Certificate No. 149302, covering that period of time extending from the Beginning to October 1, 1954 at 8:00 A.M. Entries 1 to 11 inclusive, including items 4-A and 4-B, prepared by Guardian Abstract Company of Miami, Inc., bearing Certificate No. 4723, covering that period of time extending from October 1, 1954 at 8:00 A.M. to February B, 1955 at 8:00 A.M. AND FRm1 SUCH EXlUlINATIOT!, I find that on the 8th day of February, 1955, at 8:00 A.M., the fee simple title to the aforesaid property was vested in: BEACH MEHOHlil.L CHAPEL, INC., a Florida corporation, by virtue of that certain Warranty Deed dated January 25, 1955, made by L. J. L. Realty, Inc., a Florida corporation, by Irving Blasberg, President, and filed for record on January 25, 1955, under Clerk's File No. EE-12268 among the Public Hecords of Dade County, Florida. SUBJECT HOvmVER, to the following liens, defects, impairments and requirements: 1. Hortgage Given by Beach Memorial Chapel, Inc., a Florida corporation, and executed by Leonard Levine, President, and Leonard Levine and Irving Blasberg, co-makers, to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Miami, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, dated February 2, 1955, and filed for record on February 7, 1955, under Clerk's File No. EE-19050 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and securing an indebtedness of Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred (:,;37,500.00) Dollars. 2.
