MARKS and GOLDA N. MARKS, husband and wife, by virtue of that certain warranty deed dated March 25, 1947, made by Irving Sommer and Rose J. Sommer, his wife, and recorded on March 3, 1947, ih Deed Book 2838 at Page 208 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following liens, defects, impairments and requirements: 1. Ninety-nine (99) year lease dated October 14, 1952, by and between M. B. Marks, joined by his wife Golda N. Marks, Lessors, and Nathan Siegel and Melvin Fisher, Lessees, and filed for record on October 28, 1952, in Deed Book 3667 at Page 21 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The term of this lease is from October 14, 1952, to and including October 13, 2051. , 2. Option of purchase dated October 14, 1952, by and between M. B. Marks and Golda N. Marks, his wife, and Nathan Siegel and Melvin Fisher, and filed for record on November 12, 1952, in Deed Book 3673 at Page 525 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. 3. Mortgage given by Nathan Siegel and Jeanette Siegel, his wife; Melvin Fisher and Blanche Fisher, his wife; M. B. Marks and Golda N. Municipal ~oning ordinances of the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida. 7. Labor performed, or material furnished, if any has been performed or furnished, to or in connection with the said property during the past ninety (90) days, shall, even though not now of record, constitute a lien against the property. 8.
