PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, POLLY DAVIS, a widow, by Indenture of Mort-
gage dated the 20th day of October, A. D. 1952, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the
County of Dade, State of Florida, in Mortgage Book 2757 at Page
l+52, granted and conveyed unto 1. ABRAMS and PAULINE F. ABRAMS,
his wife, and THEODORE KAHAN and ROSE KAHAN , his wife, and as-
signs, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($l+500) with interest as therein mentioned.
AND \ffiEREAS THE SAID POLLY DAVIS, a widow, has re-
quested the said I. ABRM1S and PAULINE F. ABRAMS, his wife, and
THEODORE KAHAN and ROSE KAHAN, his wife, to release the pre-
mises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged pre-
mises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNO'if YE that the s aid I. ABRAMS and
PAULINE F. ABRAMS, his wife, and THEODORE KAHAN and ROSE KAHAN,
his wife, as well in consideration of the premises as of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10) to them in hand paid by the said POLLY
DAVIS, a widow, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mort-
gage unto the said POLLY DAVIS, a widow, her heirs and assigns,
all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
The Southerly 25 feet of Lot 12 in Block 10 of
OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY according
to the Plat thereof! recorded in Plat Book 25, at
Page 60, of the Pub ic Records of Dade County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,

unto the said POLLY DAVIS, a widow, and assigns forever, freed
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,

nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or

diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mort-
gage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the
holder thereof.
