PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TRESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, POLLY DAVIS, a widow, by Indenture of Mort-
gage dated the 1st day of October, A. D. 1952, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of Dade, State of Florida, in Mortgage Book 2745 at Page 325,
granted and conveyed unto DAVE ALPER and assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars .21,250) with
interest as therein mentioned.
AND WREREAS THE SAID POLLY DAVIS, a widow, has re-
quested the said DAVE ALPER to release the premises hereinafter
described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE that the said DAVE ALPER,
as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10) to him in hand paid by the said POLLY DAVIS, a
widow, at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exon-
erate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said POLLY DAVIS, a widow, her heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the pre-
mises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
The Southerly 25 feet of Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16,
all being in Block 10 of Second Revised Plat of
Portions of OCEAN SIDE SECTION and TROUVILLE SECTION
OF ISLE OF NOR~ffiNDY, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 40 at Page 35 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
The Southerly 25 feet of Lot 17 in Block 10 of
OCEAN SIDE SECTION OF' ISLE OF NORMANDY, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 25, at
Page 60 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
WEINSTEIN,WEJNSTEIN & WEINSTEIN, ATTORNEYS AT LAW. 420 LINCOLN ROAD. MIAMI BEACH. FLORIDA

unto the said POLLY DAVIS, a widow, and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided, always nevertheless, that no-
thing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the
remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
