AGREEMENT

by her husband WILLIAM GLAZER, parties of the first part, here-
inafter re~erred to as the OWNERS and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
a Florida Municipal Corporation, party of the second part, here-
inafter referred to as the CITY.
WIT N E SSE T H
That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
hereinafter set ~orth, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Owners will sell and convey and the City will
purchase that certain parcel of land situate, lying and ~eing in
the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade, State of Florida, des-
cribed as follows, to-wit:
Southerly Twenty-Five Feet (251) of Lot Thirty-
One (31) of Block Ten (10) o~ OCEAN SIDE
SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY~ according to the
plat thereo~ recorded in ~lat Book 25, page
60 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
2. The Owners will, within twenty days (20) from the
date hereo~, ~urnish to the City, an abstract of title showing
the Owners' title to be good and marketable.
3. The Owners will convey the said land to the City by
good and sufficient warranty deed, free and clear of all en cum-
brances except restrictions of record, zoning ordinances of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, such municipal improvement liens as
may be pending but not certified at the time of the closing of
the transaction conte,mplated hereby and taxes for the year 1953.
4. The warranty deed is to provide that title shall
immediately be re-vested in the Owners, their heirs, successors,
or assigns if the City shall cease to use said land ~or the

orr-street parking or automobiles, and shall abandon the said land

5. The City agrees to pay to the Owners as the rull
purchase price or said land the sum or Three Hundred Firty
Dollars ($350) cash at the time or closing the transaction con-
t8Uplated hereby.
6. The City agrees that no municipal improvement liens
will be claimed or assessed ror any portion or the cost or con-
structing a sidewalk and pavement upon the lands to be acquired
or the lighting thereor.

The transaction contemplated hereby shall be closed ~

8. This agreement shall be binding upon each or the
parties hereto, their heirs, sucdessors and assigns.
