AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT _de and entered into this /(. day o~
rl!"l5,;(tJ~ ' A. D. 1953 by and between JACOB MAYBLUM,
also known as JACK MAYBLUM, and ROSE MAYBLUM, his wife,
parties of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the
OW~ERS and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a Florida Municipal
Corporation, party of the second part, hereinafter referred
to as the CITY.
WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants
hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Owners will sell and convey and the City 1II!.11
purchase that certain parcel of land situate, lying and being
in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade, State of Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
Northerly Twenty-Five Feet (251) of the
East Twenty-One Feet (21') of Lot Sixty-
Three (63) of Block Ten (10) of OCEAN
SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25,
page 60 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
2. The Owners will, within twenty (20) days from the
date hereof, furnish to the City, an abstract of title sh01ll!.ng
the Owners' title to be good and marketable.
3. The Owners will convey the said land to the City
by good and sufficient warranty deed, free and clear of all
encumbrances except restrictions of record, zoning ordinances
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, such municipal improvement
liens as may be pending but not certified at the time of the
closing of the transaction contemplated hereby and taxes for the
year 1953.
4. The warranty deed is to provide that title shall

immediately be re-vested in the Owners, their heirs, successors,
or assigns if the City shall cease to use said land for the
off-street parking of automobiles, and shall abandon the said
land for such use.
5. The City agrees to pay to the Owners as the full
purchase price of said land the sum of Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($350) cash at the time of closing the transaction con-
templated hereby.
6. The City agrees that no municipal improvement liens
will be claimed or assessed for any portion of the cost of con-
structing a sidewalk and pavement upon the lands to be acquired
or the lighting thereof.
7. The transaction contemplated hereby shall be closed
not earlier than March 31, 1953, and not later than April 6,
1953.
8. This agreement shall be binding upon each of the
parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and seals and the party of the second
part has caused these presents to be executed in its name by
its duly authorized officers and has caused its corporate seal
to be affixed, all as of the day and year first above written.
