PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, THOMAS DeTARDO,
joined by his wife, EVELYN I. DeTARDO, by Indenture of Mortgage
dated the 27th day of December, A. D. 1950, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of
Dade, State of Florida, in Mortgage Book 2426, at page 94, granted
and conveyed unto LOUIS G. LYTTON and FANNIE MAZER, and assigns,
the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment
of the sum of Nine Thousand one Hundred Twenty-five Dollars
($9,125.00) with interest as therein mentioned.
AND, WHEREAS, the said THOMAS DeTARDO, joined by his wife,
EVELYN 1. DeTARDO, have requested the said LOUIS G. LYTTON and
FANNIE MAZER, to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said LOUIS G. LYTTON and
FANNIE MAZER, as well in consideration of the premises as of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to them in hand paid by the said
THOMAS DeTARDO, joined by his wife, EVELYN 1. DeTARDO, at the time
of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said THOMAS DeTARDO
and EVELYN I. DeTARDO, his wife, their heirs and assigns, all that
piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises con-
veyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
The northerly 25 feet of Lot 73 and the
northerly 25 feet of Lot 74, in Block 10,
of Ocean Side Section, ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 25, page 60, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenanC"es, unto
the said THOMAS DeTARDO and EVELYN I. DeTARDO, his wife, and
assigns forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the
lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,

nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of
the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights
and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagees have hereunto
