PARTIAL RELEASE QE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MB..'N BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, LEO SOLOMON and ROSE SOLOMON. his wife.
by Indenture of Mortgage dated the 16th day of June, 1952,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County of Dade, State of Florida, bearing Clerk's
file number BB-70072, granted and conveyed unto the GULF LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY. a corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida. and assigns, the premises therein particularly descri-
bed. to secure the payment of the sum of Eighteen Thousand
Dollars ($18,000) with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS THE SAID LEO SOLOMON and ROSE SOLOMON,
his wife. have requested the said GULF LIFE INS~CE COMPANY
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE. that the said GULF LIFE IN-
SUP~NCE COMPANY. as well in consideration of the premises as of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) to it in hand paid by the said LEO
SOLOMON and ROSE SOLOMON. his Wife. at the time of the execution
hereOf, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. does remise.
release. quit-claim, exonerate and discharge fram the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said LEO SOLOMON and ROSE
SOLOMON, his wife. their heirs and assigns. all that piece,
parcel. or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed
by said mortgage, to-wit:
The Northerly 25 feet of Lots 71 and 72 in Block
10 of OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof. recorded in Plat Book 25,
Page 60 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same. with the appurtenances,
unto the said LEO SOLOMON and ROSE SOLOMON, his wife, and assigns

forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien
of said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always never-
theless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the afore-
said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any
of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee by its duly
authorized officers, has hereunto set its hand and seal this g~
