WHEREAS, LUDLOW CORPORATION, a Florida orporation, by
Indenture of Mortgage dated the 1st day of February A.D. 1949,
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circ it Court
in and for the County of Dade, State of Florida, un er Clerk's
File No. Y-I0023, granted and conveyed unto RELIANC LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH, a Pennsylvania cor oration,

AND, WHEREAS, the said RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE
COMPArN OF PITTSBURGH has been requested to release from the lien
and operation of said mortgage that part of said mortgaged pre-
mises Which is contained in and is part of the property herein-
above described;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said RELIANCE LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH as well in consideration of the
premises as of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, to it in hand paid at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from
the lien and operation of said mortgage all that piece, parcel or
tract of land which is contained in and is part of the property
hereinabove described.
PROVIDED, always nevertheless, that nothing therein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining
part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS \VHEREOF, the said Mortgagee by its duly
authorized officers, has hereunto set its hand and seal this 31st
day of July 1951.
