Restrictions of record. 2. Taxes for the year 1951 which, although not yet due or payable, constitute a lien against the property. 3. That certain mortgage from Joe Cassella to Simon Berman dated August 5, 1948 and filed for record on August 25, 1948 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida, under Clerk's File No. X76173, securing and indebtedness in the sum of Twenty-six Thousand Five Hundred and nO/100 ($26,500.00) Dollars, said mortgage having been heretofore assigned to S. A. Shikany and 1la L. Shikany, his wife. 4. Questions of survey; rights of parties in possession; zoning ordinances of the City of Miami Beach, Florida. 5.
