Emal to Jonah Wolfson from Bob ParcherHatfield, Liliam From: Parcher, Robert Sent: Monday, September 17, 2007 8:03 AM To: 'info@electjonahwolfson.com'; Hatfield, Liliam Cc: Moore, Jay Subject: FW: Selection of Teleprompter & Questions about Presentation Good morning Mr. Wolfson. This email is confirming that you will be presenting and will be using the City's teleprompter. Regarding your list of questions about the Candidate Presentation Guidelines: No other candidate has ever asked such specific questions. Since the City has offered this service candidates have stood in front of the camera and gave their message. The intent on the City's part is not to give any advantage to any candidate and to keep the process the same for all candidates. To answer your specific questions: 1. No 2. Standing 3. The camera will be focused on your upper body and face, if you want to hold a piece of campaign material I suppose that is okay but remember, once the camera is focused on the candidate it does not change. Also see Presentation Guidelines #12. 4. No; See Presentation Guidelines #12 5. .Txt -- I understand to best utilize your rehearsal and presentation time that the file should be in TXT format. Jay, please correct me if I am wrong. 6. No; to maintain the same criteria for all candidates, each candidate is allotted a one hour rehearsal time in the time slot designated. Hope this answers your questions.
