OBTAINING A DEMOLITION PERMIT PURSUANT TO HISTORIC DESIGNATION; PROVIDING FOR
INCLUSION IN THE CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, SEVERABILITY AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
