014-Notice of Zoning Map ChangeCITY OF MIAMI BEACH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF ZONING MAP CHANGE The City of Miami Beach proposes to adopt the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE MIAMI BEACH CITY .CODE; BY AMENDING SECTION 118-593(E), ENTITLED ' "DELINEATION ON ZONING MAP" BY DESIGNATING A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PINETREE DRIVE AS AN HISTORIC SITE TO BE KNOWN AS THE "PINETREE DRIVE HISTORIC ROADWAY," GENERALLY FROM 30TH STREET TO 46TH STREET, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE ORDINANCE; PROVIDING THAT THE CITY'S ZONING MAP SHALL BE AMENDED TO INDICATE THAT PORTION OF PINETREE DRIVE AS AN HISTORIC SITE; ADOPTING THE DESIGNATION REPORT ATTACHED AS APPENDIX "A"; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a first reading public hearing on the ordinance will be held by the City Commission on WEDNESDAY, April 18, 2001, at 10:30 a.m., or soon thereafter, as possible, in the City Commission Chambers, Third Floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive Miami Beach, Florida. The historic site proposed for designation is shown on the Map within this Zoning Map Change.
