019-Notice of Public Hearings NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY given that public hearings will be held by the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in the Commission Chambers, 3rd Floor, City Hail, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at the times listed b~low, to consider the following: at 11:15 a,m.: TO CONSIDER A LEASE AGREEMENT WiTH THE CONCERT ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA, INC., FOR THE LEASE OF A PORTION OF THE CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1130 WASHINGTON AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, INCLUDING THE PROPOSED WAIVER OF THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 82- 39 OF THE MIAMI BEACH CiTY CODE. TO CONSIDER A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS, ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTAKE UNIT, FOR THE LEASE OF A PORTION OF THE CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1130 WASHINGTON AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, iNCLUDING THE PROPOSED WAIVER OF THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 82-39 OF THE MIAMI BEACH CITY CODE.
