Subject: VETERANS DAY HOLIDAY PAYROLL
Please note that the following holiday payroll procedures will need to be followed to ensure
the release of paychecks Friday, November 14, 1997.
1. All updates and adjustments for prior payrolls must be received in
Payroll/Human Resources by noon: Thursday, November 6, 1997.
2. All time exceptions must be entered by Friday, November 7, 1997.
The payroll data base will be open until 6:00 p.m., Friday, November
7, 1997.
3. Trial reports must be reviewed by each department Monday,
November 10. Any changes that are necessary must be in Payroll by
10:00 a.m.
We hope the above procedures will assure a happy holiday and payday for everyone.
