008-1996 DM DEPARTMENT MEMORANDUM NO. 8-1996 DATE: February 8, 1996 TO: All Department Directors and Payroll Coordinators FROM: Jose Garcia-Pedrosa ~ City Manager SUBJECT: PRESIDENT'S DAY HOLIDAY PAYROLL Please note that the following holiday payroll procedures will need to be followed to ensure the release of paychecks on Friday, February 23, 1996. 1. All updates and adjustments for prior payrolls must be received in Payroll/Human Resources by Friday, February 16, 1996 by 12:00 BOOn. 2. All time exceptions must be entered by Friday, February 16, 1996. The payroll data base will be open until 12:00 P.M. Monday, February 19,1996. 3. Trial reports must be reviewed by each department on Tuesday, February 20. Any changes which are necessary must be in Payroll by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 20.
