Carlton ~ City Manager SUBJECT: SICK LEAVE TIME/ADVANCEMENT PROHIBITED This is to serve as a reminder that the advancement of sick leave time is prohibited. In the event of certain illnesses, we realize that additional sick leave time may be needed by an employee. Those employees requiring additional time off from work who have exhausted all their accrued vacation, sick leave, and floating holidays (or who have not yet accrued said leave time), may receive leave time that is donated by fellow City employees, but the City may not advance sick leave time to an emoloyee.
