046-1995 DM CITY OF MIAMI BEACH MEMORANDUM DATE: September 13, 1995 Departmental Memo 46-1995 TO: All Department and Division Heads SUBJECT: PURCHASING ORIENTATION AND TRAINING Two orientation sessions for department heads have been scheduled for Tuesday, September 19th at 2:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 21 st at 9:00 a.m. Please contact the Purchasing office to make arrangements to attend one of these sessions. The training sessions for employees who are involved in the purchasing and payment process for each agency are scheduled fi'om 9/21 through 9/26, and each employee will be contacted to confirm a training date.
