SUBJECT: PURCHASING ORIENTATION AND TRAINING
Two orientation sessions for department heads have been scheduled for Tuesday, September 19th
at 2:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 21 st at 9:00 a.m. Please contact the Purchasing office to make
arrangements to attend one of these sessions.
The training sessions for employees who are involved in the purchasing and payment process for
each agency are scheduled fi'om 9/21 through 9/26, and each employee will be contacted to confirm
a training date.
Your cooperation in ensuring the successful implementation of the proposed changes is appreciated.
