Ca City Manager SUBJECT: FREEZE ON REQUESTS FOR RECLASSIFICATION AND SECTION 5s A Request For proposals (RFP) has been prepared for an outside consultant to perform a classification and pay study. This RFP will be issued in the near future. r The classification and pay study will include an analysis to determine if positions are allocated to the proper classification and if the salary range allocation is correct. Therefore, there will be a freeze on all requests to reclassify and on requests for Section 5s and additional salary.
