Please remember that the city will provide only limited secretarial
assistance to the various boards and committees.
The following boards and committees should appoint one of their
members to act as recording secretary to produce a summary of the
actions taken at the meetings. The supporting department will
provide assistance in mailing of the meeting summary, agenda and
notices. No other secretarial assistance should be provided to the
following boards and committees unless time is available and the
assistance is minimal:

As a result of the budget restrictions encountered by the City, it is necessary to once again
remind you that the City will provide only limited secretarial assistance to the various
boards and committees.
The following boards and committees will appoint one of their members to act as recording
secretary and produce a summary of the actions taken at the meetings. The supporting
department will provide assistance in the typing of the meeting summary and the typing and
mailing of the meeting agenda and notices. No other secretarial assistance will be provided
to the following boards and committees:
