Please remember that the city will provide only limited secretarial assistance to the various boards and committees. The following boards and committees should appoint one of their members to act as recording secretary to produce a summary of the actions taken at the meetings. The supporting department will provide assistance in mailing of the meeting summary, agenda and notices.
