The preliminary estimate is for budget planning purpose only. The official assessment will be released on June 29, 2001. This estimate represents an increase of 10.2% over the 2000 preliminary assessment of $8,367,448,538, At this time, the estimate does not provide break-out of new construction or for the Redevelopment Districts.
