SUBJECT: "RECREATION REVIEW" - A COMPLETE GUIDE TO THE RECREATION
DIVISION'S SUMMER 2001 PROGRAMS
The Parks & Recreation Department invites you to peruse our Summer 2001 "Recreation Review", the
complete program of exciting and fun-filled recreational activities designed for the citizens, tourists and
day guests of Miami Beach.
Programs included in our most recent publication will be offered from June 18th through August 10th,
2001. As you review this information, you will see activities designed for all ages, interests and abilities.
Seventeen thousand copies of the Summer 2001 "Recreation Review" were distributed via the Miami
Herald, on Thursday, May 31, 2001. A full color Spanish program (see attached) and alternate formats
for persons with disabilities are also available upon request. Additionally, approximately 7,000 copies
of the "Recreation Review" program will be distributed via our parks, schools and area businesses.
You are invited to visit our facilities and experience firsthand recreational programs that offer something
