SUBJECT: MAJOR CHARLES PRESS - GRADUATION FROM THE FBI NATIONAL
ACADEMY
This Letter to the Commission is to advise the Mayor and City Commission that Maj or Charles Press
of the Police Department has graduated from the FBI National Academy, class number 205, on June
8, 2001.
The FBI National Academy was an intensive three month course that is held at the FBI's National
Training Center in Quantico, Virginia and is one of the most prestigious law enforcement
management schools in the world.
Major Press has been with the Police Department since 1975 and currently commands the Criminal
Investigations Division.
Please join me in congratulating Maj or Press on his graduation from the FBI National Academy and
we all wish him continued success.
