Web Assistant Overview
WEB ASSISTANT OVERVIEW u'eb Assistant Access 1. Click on the Siemens Web Assistant desktop icon `•r~ ,~ :~~~ 2. Enter your 4 digit extension number and the same password you currently use to retrieve voicemail using your phone. Click the Login button. ~~a~~ ~~~ After you log in, the User Data page opens. On the left side of the page, you see the Address book, Mail Client, and the Personal settings menu. The items in this menu provide hyperlinks to specific pages related to your Xpressions mailbox. The interface should look very intuitive and similar to web-mail accounts you may have seen before. ~ ~•,~~„~.,« w,~,~~,=M .,.., ~ r . ~^- w. Your selection on the left determines which information appears in the main page are at the right. To recover voicemail, click on the Mail Client link and then click on the Inbox link beneath it.
