Mr. Kutun will NOT be lobbying me or any member of the City's
administrative staff relative to RFP No. 49-00/01 -- Job Order
Contracting (JOC) System. At today's pre-proposal meeting, Mr. Kutun
along with other attendees, were fully informed of the Cone of Silence
prohibitions (no oral communications with City's administrative staff
and evaluation committee members). Additionally, Mr. Kutun attended
the wrong meeting. He expressed an interest in providing temporary
personnel services to the City and not Joe services (RFP No.
49-00/01) .
