SUBIECT: Renderings of the New World Symphony Campus Expansion Building and City
Garage
Pursuant to the discussion at the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee on April 14,
2009, please find attached a rendering of the New World Symphony Campus Expansion
Building and the proposed City parking garage.
The renderings show two versions of a Garage. The first is a proposed 4'/s story garage,
which under one of the scenarios discussed would be increased a half level to be even
with the top cladding line. The second version is the six story garage that is presently
proposed.
Please let me know if you would like additional perspectives of the Garage Building, or if
you have any additional questions and/or concerns.
