A RE50LIITION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLIIZTON NO. 83-
17556 ESTABLiSSHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR MASING
PHOTOGRAPHS OR COPIES OF PiIBLIC RECORDS OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, AMENDING THE PREVIOIISLY
ADOPTED FEE SCHEDIILE TO REFLECT ACTIIAL PER IINTT
COSTS AND TWO ADDITIONAL CATEGORIES, CITY AGENDA
T1TI-ES AND CITY AGENDA.
WHEREAS, City of Miami Beach Resolution No. 83-17556 established fees
and charges for making photographs or copies of City of Miami Beach Public Records; and
Wl3EREAS, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes regarding Public Records
establishes that the actual cost of duplication may be charged as copying charges; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has determined that the following charges
are reasonable and in conformance with the law.
NOW, TSEREFOItE, BE IT DIILY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF A[IAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the rate schedule as provided in City of
Miami Beach Resolution No. 83-17556 for photographs AND copies hereinabove authorized
and provided for shall be amended to read as follows:
